The Battery Tugger is an extremely versatile unit. It can be used with any type of powered lift truck including pallet trucks, reach trucks, turret trucks or any type of sit down counter balance truck. It can be end mounted or side mounted on any of these trucks and can accommodate 12, 24, 36 or 48 volt DC power. The operators pendant can be permanently mounted or used as a remote station from the host lift truck. When the Battery Tugger is mounted sideways on an appropriate size sitdown counter balance truck, it becomes a very cost effective emergency backup system especially for those users who have multilevel systems. The operator simply drives or backs down the aisle and pulls batteries out of the racks from his seat on the lift truck.

This is a stepped unit designed to accommodate both counter balance and reach truck batteries. May not be suitable for all applications. Call factory for confirmation
